CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2020 By Kiplangat arap Koske, of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske Cheramgoi, who died at Chebongi, on 24th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2021 By Joseah Kiplangat Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Leitich alias Cheruiyot A. Leitich, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
