TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2021 By Joseph Juma Otieno, of P.O. Box 368–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Otieno Ogola alias David Otieno, who died at Kawere I, on 9th April, 1989. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2020 By Joseph Juma Otieno, of P.O. Box 368–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Obiero Ogola alias Ambrose Nandi alias Ambrose Nandi Ogola, who died at Bar Agulu Sub-location, on 9th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
