TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2020 By Rispa Akoth Ouko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Makuri Sawo alias Makuri Janes Sawo, who died at Katito Nursing and Maternity Home, on 15th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2020 By Mary Auma Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kabach Arogo alias Kabach Arogo, who died at West Kabodho, on 4th October, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
