TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 279 OF 2021 By (1) Fredrick Ezekiel Onyango Achola, (2) Calvin Owuor Otieno, (3) Calvin Onyango Omondi and (4) Aloice Benedicto Omondi Odhiambo, all of P.O. Box 93957, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Achola, who died at Umala Sub-location, on 10th December, 1975. CAUSE NO. 297 OF 2021 By Jackton Ochieng Orito, of P.O. Box 160, Lunjre in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rapudo Maroko, who died at Got Osimbo Sub-location, on 5th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
