Box 624–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwana Kibwese alias Joseph Kwaba Kibwezi, who died on 17th July, 1989. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2020 By Mary Nyaboke Gikemi, of P.O. Box 478, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikemi Ombaba, who died at Ibanchore, on 24th February, 1974. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2021 By Fred Siro Nyagetiria, of P.O. Box 714, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onyango Nyagetiria, who died at St. Joseph’s Nyansiongo Healthcare, on 24th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
