TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2021 By Faiz Abdul Aziz Ahmed, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Aziz Ahmed, who died at Maralal District Hospital, on 8th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2021 By Shem Ndung’u Mwangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Gatongi, who died at Bondeni Sub-location, on 18th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
