TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 307 OF 2021 By Mary Shihae Masheti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Masheta Mulindi, who died at Ivonda Sub-location, on 12th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. 337 OF 2021 By John Lwangu Silingi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kelvin Lodenyi Lwangu, who died at Kenyatta University, Research Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
