CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By Peter Jeremia Nyafwanga, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Oluero, who died at Kabuoro Sub- location, on 2nd September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2021 By Rebeka Auma Odongo, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloisius OdongoAgiro alias Alois Odongo Agiro, who died at Kangeso Sub-location, on 9th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
