TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 232 OF 2021 By (1) Monica Amolo Ochieng and (2) Veronica Anyango Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 32–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Ochieng Mugenya, who died at Ambira Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 241 OF 2021 By Mary Anyango Otieno, of P.O. Box 27, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obonyo Laban Odenyo, who died at Ruwe Sub-location, on 29th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
