E1 OF 2021 By Mohamed Ahmed Ramadhan, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bai Mohamed Kheir, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2021 By Hamisi Ngao Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngao Juma Amani, who died at Jomvu, Mombasa, on 26th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E336 OF 2021 By (1) Abubakar Abdullahi Hassan and (2) Salim Abdullahi Hassan, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sofia Salim Ibrahim Juma, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
