APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons
Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya
Defence Forces, appoint—
JOHN KIBASO WARIOBA, BRIG (RTD)
to be the Commissioner-General of the Kenya Prisons Service. The
appointment* of Wycliffe Ogalo is revoked.
