TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2021 By Nahashon Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 86176–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurine Mumbi Wangoi, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E350 OF 2021 By (1) Mbaita Mwayambi Mwazuma and (2) Mbaji Swafi Mwayambi, both of P.O. Box 122–80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwayambi Mwazuma, who died at Bunikisimani, Rabai, on 8th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
