CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2021 By Margaret Akoth Ogutu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Akoth Ogutu, who died on 1st October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2021 By Michael Owuor Ogutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Ogutu Magere alias Ogutu Magere, who died at Bar “B”, on 20th June, 2017. E177 OF 2021 By (1) Kesia Atieno Wada and (2) Hellen Akinyi Ogutu, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ziprosa Otieno Ndolo, who died at Kogony, Kisumu, on 3rd October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E546 OF 2021 By George Odongo Nyangweso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Nyangweso Ogutu, who died on 4th February, 1992.
