Box 40241–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murunyu Muchina, who died on 7th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2021 By John Mugethi Njuguna, of P.O. Box 60–01004, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Mugethi, who died at Kari Sub- location, on 4th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Kimani Njehia and (2) Francis Chege Njihia, both of P.O. Box 263–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njihia Njoroge, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
