TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2021 By (1) Teresia Wambui Gachie and (2) Francis Rimui Wang’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 1731, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Warigi Rimui, who died at Kiambogo, on 10th May, 2002. 19th November, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2021 By Philip Njoroge Wangari, of P.O. Box 1804, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ziphora Wangari Nganga alias Sabora Wangari Nganga, who died at Kinale Town, on 6th June, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
