TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2021 By (1) Veronica Wanjiru Kimani and (2) Robert Ndirangu Mukiri, both of P.O. Box 2–0520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Jonah Mukiri Kimani, who died on 1st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2021 By Teresiah Njeri Githere, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jokin Benson Githere Njoroge, who died on 3rd March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E448 OF 2021 By Lucy Wambui Muchemi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muchemi Gathege, who died on 3rd December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
