TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2020 By Ndunda Murigi Wanyoike, of P.O. Box 2515, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Murigi Wanyoike, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2021 By Anitoni Mutuku Masaku, of P.O. Box 329–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agata Ciomwana Mutuku alias Kaluki Mutiso, who died at Matuu, on 26th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
