TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2020 By (1) Brenda Machunga Simiyu and (2) Winstone Tsuma Simiyu, both of P.O. Box 27785–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Amaye Simiyu, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2021 By (1) Rofanais Kisa Francis and (2) Charles Kwemoi Chepoteni, both of P.O. Box 23877, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Cheboton Ndiwa, who died at Kinyor, on 25th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
