E92 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Katana Mwambire and (2) Patrick Kadenge Mwambire, the deceased’s sons, Zacharia Mwambire alias Zacharia Karisa Mwambire, who died on 25th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2021 By Tima Ali Hassan, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Aboud Bwana alias Ali Abudi Bwana, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. 211 OF 2021 By Nassor Ali Mohamed, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Mohamed Ali, who died at Malindi, on 26th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
