TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 19th November, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2021 By M’Riria Kathiora, of P.O. Box 34, Kanyakine in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Karimi Gilbert alias Margaret Karimi M’Riria, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2021 By Mary Kinanu Mbui, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbui M’Ringera M’Ringine alias M’Mbui M’Ringera M’Ringene, late of Kathera, who died there on 3rd March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 201 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Nyomoo Ituaruchiu and (2) Phineas Mwenda, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Turuchiu Irware alias Samueli M’Muturuciu M’Irware alias Samwel M’Muturuchiu M’Rware, late of Meru, who died there on 9th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
