Box 24-90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Makau Kisayo alias Patrick Makau Kiasyo, who died at District Hospital, Matuu in Kenya, on 10th September, 2013.
