TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2021 By Malonza Musina Mwasa, of P.O. Box 123–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musina Muasa Ngila, who died at Mitendeu Sub-location, on 8th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2021 By Wilson Kiilu, of P.O. Box 123–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Ndungwa Kiilu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
