CAUSE NO. 347 OF 2021 By Victor Akidiva, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kalwale Akidiva, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 1st July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 349 OF 2021 By Caleb Mudasia John Nandwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija M. Nandwa alias Elijah Matanyie Nandwa, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 12th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. 350 OF 2021 By Jane Adamba Lwenya Busese, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Lwenya Busese alias Charles Lwenya, who died at Busali East Location, on 20th March, 2015.
