E29 OF 2021 By (1) Wylciffe Wambulwa Namaswa and (2) Francis Kwomba Namaswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonface Namaswa Wambulwa, who died at SR. Frida’s Medical Centre, on 9th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2021 By David Majimbo Wepukhulu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilarious Wepukhulu Majimbo, who died on 3rd April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2021 By Protus Kundu Munyasia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Masa Munyasia, who died at Naitiri, on 28th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
