TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2020 By Evaline Were Okoonyo, of P.O. Box 116, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Ashiali Omia alias Ayubu Ashiali, who died at Shinamwenyuli, on 30th June August, 1986. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2021 By Peter Abucheri Angoma, of P.O. Box 123, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ang’oma Abucheri alias Angoma Abucheri alias Angoma Abucheli, who died at Mulanda, on 2nd February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
