TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By Hulda Adhiambo Obado, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Obado Odienya alias Jeckton Obado Odienya, who died on 28th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2021 By Joseph Ngare Kongere, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Benjamin Oginga Kongere, who died on 16th May, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
