PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021
By (1) Thobias Otieno Amomde and (2) Denice Ooko Amonde,
both of P.O. Box 68, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekia
Odong’a Amonde alias Amonde Odongo, who died at Tamu Location,
on 20th May, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
