PURSUANT to section 163 (3) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority publishes indicative tariffs for Small Hydro, Biomass and Biogas technologies under the feed in Tariff policy. The tariffs shall be subject to an annual review to reflect the market developments.
