REGISTRATION

whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the Kenya Defence Forces has indemnified the office against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed and the land vested in the name of the Cabinet Secretary Treasury in trust for the Kenya Defence Forces within the provisions of section 33 (5) of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012 and the regulations thereof of 2017 as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
