REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Javan Ombaso Abaga Sagero, of P.O. Box 1933, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land registered under title No. E. Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/7604, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect has been lost or destroyed. and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed p,, vided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
