REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wachira Kamanja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia Daiga Umande Block 2/3669 (Akorino), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nanyuki in succession Cause No. E46 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Joseph Gacugu Wachira, and whereas the said Joseph Gacugu Wachira has executed transfer to the personal representative as executor/administrator ie LRA 39(r.56(1)), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said parcel of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the said transfer to the said representative/administrator ie LRA 39(r..56(1)), in the name Joseph Gacugu Wachira, arid upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Wachira Kamanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
