WHEREAS on 8th October, 2021, Mr. Owen N. Koimburi was appointed as interim liquidator; Please take notice that a petition for the Liquidation of the above- named company by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi, was on the 17th February, 2021, presented to the said court by Kieti Law LLP, Merchant Square, 3rd Floor, Block D, Riverside Drive, P.O. Box 22602-00505, Nairobi. And that the said petition is directed to be mentioned before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Admiralty Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 17th December, 2021, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may give notice to the petitioner's advocate not later than 4.00 o'clock of the afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of hearing, in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
