Box 855, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Arriane Happy, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Arriane Happy and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ariane Happy Koi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ariane Happy Koi only.
