TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E8 OF 2021 By Edwin Turere Mapelu, of P.O. Box 316-20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Sianoi James alias Mary Sianoi Zakayo, who died along Narok—Mahi Mahiu Road, on 31st May, 2018. CAUSE No. El2 OF 2021 By (I) Esther Wangui Mugo and (2) Elizabeth Muthoni Ngare, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Karaya Ngare, who died on 10th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
