CAUSE No. E905 OF 2021 By Carren Adoyo Onginjo, of P.O. Box 99, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Onginjo alias Onginjo Ogwang Onesmas, who died on 14th February, 2007. CAUSE No. 966 OF 2021 By Mary Anyango Ogendo alias Maria Anyango Ogendo, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's co-wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusalia Anyango Ogendo, who died on 20th April, 1994. CAUSE No. E1094 OF 2021 By (1) Janes Ndede Ondu and (2) Pamela Auma Oula, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Larus Ondu Ondeje alias Ondeje Ondu, who died on 15th Jnauary, 1986. CAUSE No. E1096 OF 2021 By (1) Zachary Odhiambo Odenyo, (2) Daniel Ranyondo Odenyo and (3) John Ojwang Odenyo, all of P.O. Box 53, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odenyo alias John William Odenyo Onyango, who died at Nyalenda "A" Sub-location, on 27th January, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
