TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E838 OF 2021 By Joseph Mutiga Gakuru, of P.O. Box 368, Molo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gakuru Mutheni, who died at Kamwago, on 14th November, 2009. CAUSE No. E860 OF 2021 By Francis Karu Wainaina, of P.O. Box 33, Naishi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phelista Wambui Kam, who died at St. Joseph Hospital in Kenya, on 11th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E895 OF 2021 By (1) Teresa Mandere Zeth and (2) Symon Ocharo Nyariaro, both of P.O. Box 17316-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zeth Okongo yariaro, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 28th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
