CAUSE No. E810 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred Luchibia Ashiali and (2) Elizabeth Naliaka Ashiali, both of P.O. Box 560, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Ashiali Ambuto, late of Indangalasia, who died at Nala Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2020.
