TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 358 OF 2021 By Ian Ngota Murunga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyne Otsinah Asiachi, who died at Tigoi Sub-location, on 17th September, 2013. CAUSE No. 359 OF 2021 By Rebecca M'Mbone, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sitheri Kavenza Onzere, who died at Kindundu Sub-location, on 21st November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
