TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 402 OF 2021 By Samuel Kipkoech Arusei, of P.O. Box 1276-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei amp Birir, late of Kapteldon, who died there on 26th February, 1985. CAUSE No. 403 OF 2021 By (1) Tabitha Wanjiro Maino and (2) Stephen Muriithi Miano, both of P.O. Box 333-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elinathan Miano Ngunu, late of Yamumbi, who died on 25th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
