TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 248 OF 2021 By Mary Makari Fwendi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Makari Makasi, who died at North Nalondo, Webuye, on 11th August, 2002. CAUSE No. 249 OF 2021 By Catherine Ochung', for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wekesa Kasembeli, who died at Kasosi West Sub-location, on 25th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
