TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 499 OF 2021 By Zipphora Nyambura Kihagi, of P.O. Box 388, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Kihagi Gachugi, who died at Muruguru Sub-location, on 5th January, 2004. CAUSE No. 591 OF 2021 By (1) Alex Kamuhia Wachira and (2) Charles Nyaga Wachira, both of P.O. Box 777-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Wachira Gitimu alias Moses Wachira s/o Gitimu, who died at Thika—Forthall Road, on 20th November, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
