TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E468 OF 2021 By (1) Elizabeth Mumbi Ndungu and (2) Leah Wanjiru Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 29, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively ,for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndungu Wachira, late of Mwihoko Location, who died at Pesi, on 14th October, 2014. CAUSE No. 499 OF 2021 By Jane Muthoni Maina, of P.O. Box 47, Marmanet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Maim Njugi, late of Kariki, who died at Kariki Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
