Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muindi Malundu, who died at Kitui, on 5th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E436 OF 2021 By Patrick Ikanda Mukala, of P.O. Box 1-90205, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Musyoki Mangatu, who died at Kitui, on 10th October, 1994. CAUSE No. E473 OF 2021 By Christine Makaa Kithuka, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiti Kivalo Syuma alias Mbiti Kivalo, who died on 25th January, 1994. CAUSE No. E479 OF 2021 By Koli Mbathi Nzeka, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbathi Nzeka Kangw'e, who died at Kitui, on 24th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
