TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E132 OF 2021 By (1) Norah Moran Nyakwara and (2) Rachael Kwamboka Nyakwara, both of P.O. Box 129, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Omani Nyakwara, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
