CAUSE No. 168 OF 2021 By Aloice Ochieng Okoth, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Okoth Wanda, who died at Kajulu Sub-location, on 18th December, 2008. CAUSE No. E268 OF 2021 By Mathew Omolo Kibora, of P.O. Box 266-404400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabiano Omolo Machalo alias Sabianus Omolo Machalo, who died at Giribe Sub-location, on 27th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
