TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E40 OF 2020 By Jane Wairimu Waiganjo, of P.O. Box 28, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Waiganjo Mburu, who died at Ruai, on 22nd March, 2020. CAUSE No. E42 OF 2021 By Lucy Waruiru Zakayo, of P.O. Box 59, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kinuthia Gichau, who died at Trans Nzoia, on 30th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 20th September, 2021.
