TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 276 OF 2021 By Jackson Egovwa Atonya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Atonya Egovwa, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 18th March, 2003. CAUSE No. 277 OF 2021 By Rose Huka Adeya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Azivilwa Mwigado, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 27th Deceber, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
