TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E22 OF 2021 By (1) Karagi Muthondu and (2) Francis Nauli Gakami, both of P.O. Box 7-00209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthondu Gakami alias Joseph M. Gakami, who died at Nkama Sub-location, on 7th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E27 OF 2021 By Stephen Ndichu Githuka, of P.O. Box 1-00209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githuka Makimei alias Wilson Githuka Makimei, who died at Sompet Village, on 22nd October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
