I 3376 IN THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT VIHIGA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 207 OF 2021 By Dina Aseyo Kegodi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Kegodi Mugagi, who died at Vihiga, on 4th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 364 OF 2021 By Benson Luvisia Kasiera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmy Sagina, who died at Kakamega County General, Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days front the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
