APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (d) of the National Council for Law Reporting Act, the Chief Justice appoints— JAMES RIKA to be a member of the Council for Law Reporting representing the High Court, the Environment and Land Court and the Employment and Labour Relations Court, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 2nd November, 2020.
